About me
My name is Pawel and I’ve been playing Counter-Strike for 20 years. For the past few years, I’ve been a full-time CS coach and I have extensive experience in the esports industry. I am a top-notch coach for individual players worldwide (100% satisfied clients – several thousand students from around the world). I am the head Counter-Strike coach at the esports camps of the legend Jarosław “PashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski. I am level 10 on Faceit (close to 3000 elo) and I have also played a lot of online and offline tournaments.
I focus on coaching individual players from all over the world at various levels – starting from Silver 1, through Faceit level 10, to professional players. I train both children who have the potential to become professionals and forty- and fifty-year-olds who treat it as a hobby and want to be better than their friends.
In the game you may know me under the nickname Bieganzafro or simply Biegan. I have been playing CS since 2003 and I have been a full-time coach for several years. I focus on training individual players, mainly USA and UK, at various levels and ages. I have achieved great success on the international stage and although I cannot compare myself to other coaches, it is impossible to find another person with a similar number of satisfied clients to me. I opened the eyes of thousands of players and showed them mistakes that they had no idea existed, which allowed them to significantly improve their game. I am level 10 on Faceit (close to 3000 elo) and I have also played a lot of online and offline tournaments.
Thanks to my interpersonal skills, I work well as an individual and team coach. I know how to function in a large team to achieve the intended goals together. I always adapt the level of teaching to the student, which allows me to encourage him to develop, and he is delighted and decides to train regularly.
I also have experience in training groups and teams. I helped many teams in ESEA Main and ESEA Advanced to advance or stay in situations when they were already sure of defeat. I was appreciated by CS:GO legend Kenny “Kenny’s” Schrub, who secretly tested my coaching skills and 100% recommended me as a coach to his viewers. An important achievement is the promotion of my mentee from silver 3 to Global Elite in 4 months (on average it takes about 2-3 years), training 4-5 times a week.

I’ve been a csgo coach since 2015. I’ve been to many lan events(~25). I’ve played Counter-Strike 1.6 since 2004, Counter Strike Global Offensive since 2013 and CS2 since first day of closed beta. I used to be a pro player, playing as IGL for top teams in Poland. I had over 3000 elo soloq Faceit, played 5vs5 vs Niko, s1mple and almost every pro player. I created this complete Step-by-Step course for every CS2 player on how to become better and achieve dreamed rank. It will help you become better player in short period of time. This course covers things that you won’t find on the internet and that result from my extensive experience as a Coach. It contains theory knowledge, but also practical exercises that will allow you to quickly and easily implement everything into your game.

I. Introduction – few words about this course
II. Settings – How to properly find best video settings, sensitivity and binds for consistent gameplay
III. Understand the game better – different ways to play CT and Tside and understand strong and week points, how to approach retakes and rotations
IV. Understand shop and weapons –how to properly manage money in the game, when to play eco rounds, what to buy in them, and when to play force/full. How much money does the sniper have to keep to be able to buy AWP in the next round? How to build proper loadout and use different type of guns in game.
V. Communication – how to communicate in early/mid and late round, how to cooperate better with your team. What to do if team is not using coms, but you don’t want to give up. How to talk in game postplant and during retakes, how to use your mic when you are dead to help your team win the round.
VI. Core mechanics – how to properly understand aim skills in this game – crosshair placement, flicking, peeking, positioning, tracking and different shooting styles. You will be more aware how to adjust to different type of duels.
VII – XIV Practice and theory map knowledge of Vertigo, Anubis, Nuke, Inferno, Mirage, Overpass, Dust2, Ancient – concept of the map, how to play different part of maps as a CT, how to use grenades to get advantage early and mid round. How to rotate between bombsites and retake. You will also learn how to play in Tside, when team is cooperating and how to play when you have to be independent, because your team is not playing together. How to win postplant situations with proper utility usage. You will also get some ready strats for pro teams , that will be very helpful if you play 5stacks or in a Team.
